Vice President, US Sales

And we are growing rapidly. To help with this expansion, Madison Logic is looking to hire a Vice President of Sales who’ll share the same passion, drive and enthusiasm for digital media solutions and will thrive in our entrepreneurial, high-performing sales environment.

We are looking for a sales leader with an impressive track record. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the MarTech and AdTech space and be intimately familiar with recurring revenue models. The ability to sell strategically is essential. You will grow the business by expanding our inside and outside sales teams.

The successful candidate will be used to selling complex big ticket deals to corporate clients in a consultative way and familiar with the market and challenges faced by digital marketers and sales people in various vertical markets such as IT, HR, Finance and Financial services.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage a national sales organization using a data-driven, metrics-based process.
  • Train, coach and develop sales leaders and individual contributors.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Sales to refine the selling process.
  • Recruit top sales talent.
  • Spend significant time in the field with reps to grow revenue with top accounts for Madison Logic’s signature ABM platform.
  • Sell Madison Logic's online portfolio and its advertising options with focus around lead generation & nurturing to targeted accounts and their advertising agencies.
  • Identify goals and needs/requirements of prospects and clients, including budgetary cycles/amounts and key decision makers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
  • Meet and/or exceed team targets and contribute to the overall online team targets (monthly, quarterly and annual).
  • Conduct account analysis and revenue forecast regularly.
  • Manage and ensure a strong pipeline; make prospecting a part of the regular routine to ensure that new prospects/opportunities are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' success and satisfaction.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8-10 years B2B Media or relevant sales management experience (a must)
  • 10+ years experience managing a sales team and responsibility for revenue generation and reporting
  • Full sales cycle including prospecting, cold calling, presenting, negotiating, closing
  • Proven Track record selling B2B accounts
  • Excellent communication, listening, and strong client relationship skills
  • Goes above and beyond to achieve goal
