Sales Development Representative

Are you a high energy and motivated individual who is interested in breaking into Sales? If so, Madison Logic is interested in having you join our growing mid-market sales team in NYC. In this position, you will have the opportunity to interact with some of the fastest growing brands in the global marketplace. As a key revenue driver, you will have the ultimate task of executing an aggressive sales strategy involving: expanding our coverage into strategic industry verticals, researching companies and contacts, coordinating inbound and outbound campaigns, and qualifying each opportunity before sending to a Sales Executive. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to learn foundational sales skills and graduate into a sales role. 

What you’ll do:

  • Identify ideal prospects within territory and schedule qualified meetings for our sales executives.
  • Understand goals and needs of prospects and clients including budgetary cycles/amounts and key decision makers.
  • Work alongside sales executives to untap new revenue opportunities and closed business.
  • Meet and/or exceed individual targets and contribute to the overall team targets (monthly, quarterly and annual).
  • Manage a prospecting account list; make prospecting a part of the regular routine to ensure that new prospects/opportunities are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' success and satisfaction.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years sales experience (B2B, software, media preferred)
  • Proven track record selling and communicating with corporate decision makers. 
  • Excellent communication, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Goes above and beyond to achieve goal
  • Motivated, energetic, driven, hungry - you get the point.
