As the Vice President of Marketing, you will define and drive Madison Logic’s marketing strategy with a focus on B2B Sales. Working closely with the Sales and Executive teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of an ambitious marketing strategy that enables us to win. In this role, you will be responsible for leading brand marketing, inbound/demand/lead generation, PR/media, and customer advocacy.
What you’ll do:
- Drive our strategic direction across all marketing initiatives and channels.
- Build, execute and maintain a scalable demand generation model to drive sales growth.
- Proactively identify and develop longer-term marketing and communications strategies and initiatives that will result in increased visibility and profitable growth.
- Develop and grow our in-house Marketing team.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to ensure seamless operations between Marketing and Sales.
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to ensure product communication is in alignment with our brand guidelines and communication expectations.
- Manage our marketing budget and forecast.
- Content development – position Madison Logic as a leader in the digital media/ad tech industry through thought leadership materials including, but not limited to, white papers, infographics, blog posts, social media, newsletters, and PPT presentations.
- Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive global marketing plan and annual budget.
What you need:
- MBA desired, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 12-15+ years in B2B marketing, digital and technology
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to forge productive working relationships inside and outside the organization
- Ability to lead by example, willing to roll up sleeves and act as player/coach
- Exceptionally well versed in Marketing Automation Tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc…)
- Experience leading the marketing efforts within B2B software model during a growth phase
