Sales Operations

Madison Logic is looking for a high-energy individual to play an integral part of our Sales Operations team. In this position, you will have the ultimate task of owning and optimizing the Company’s use of Salesforce.com by working closely with our Finance and Sales teams. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot and problem-solve existing reporting solutions, manage and maintain sales targets, and analyze lead and account activity. This position is ideal for candidates looking to hone their foundational data analytics skills and quickly graduate into a more senior analytics role.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue and reporting spreadsheets and internal reporting documents
  • Document and organize sales targets for the sales team
  • Develop reporting and analysis solutions
  • Maintain use of existing reporting solutions to troubleshoot
  • Enter sales orders into SalesForce.com
  • Anticipate future reporting and analysis requirements
  • Provide daily and ad hoc data support and consultancy to sales leadership

What you need:

  • Salesforce.com expertise (required)
  • Ability to acquire market knowledge and a generalized understanding of market structures
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Organizational & planning skills
  • Methodical approach to multi-tasking and time prioritization
  • Ability to build relationships both externally and internally
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Reliable, deadline-oriented, and performs well under pressure
  • People-oriented with excellent communication and listening skills
